All services are provided based on the scope outlined in individual client agreements or proposals.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information required for project execution.
Respond to feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes.
Fulfill payment obligations as per the invoice schedule.
Ensure content, assets, or materials provided do not infringe third-party rights.
All project costs are discussed and agreed upon in writing before commencement.
Aiosix may request upfront deposits. Work will begin after the initial payment is received.
Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
In case of non-payment, Aiosix reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
Aiosix retains ownership of all draft concepts and tools used in service delivery.
Final project deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
Clients must not reproduce or resell Aiosix’s materials without written permission.
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and confidential material private unless otherwise required by law.
Each project includes a specified number of revisions as agreed upon.
Any additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra costs.
Projects canceled by the client after initiation may be subject to partial or no refunds.
Aiosix reserves the right to terminate any project if there is a breach of terms, with or without refund depending on progress.
Aiosix shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Losses due to delays or issues beyond our control (e.g. hosting downtime, third-party APIs).
Aiosix may integrate third-party tools (e.g. Google, Meta, Canva, APIs).
Clients are responsible for adhering to terms of those services.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the laws of Kerala, India, and any disputes shall be handled in the local courts of that jurisdiction.
Aiosix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised date.
