01. The Challenge

Amelia Penrose aimed to create an engaging documentary-style YouTube video detailing the inspiring journey of Colonel Sanders and the rise of KFC. The challenge lay in blending historical footage, modern storytelling, and seamless transitions to make a long-form video informative yet visually captivating.

02. The Solution

We structured the documentary into thematic segments using Adobe Premiere Pro for professional-grade editing and After Effects for animated transitions, lower-thirds, and subtle motion graphics. CapCut was used for mobile-friendly highlights and social teasers. The visual tone was kept classic with a cinematic style, while pacing was adjusted for YouTube audience retention.

03 The Result

The video delivered a powerful narrative that retained viewers for over 70% of its runtime — well above average for documentary content. It helped Amelia grow her subscriber base, sparked conversations in the comments, and positioned her channel as a credible source for business storytelling and entrepreneurial inspiration.
