01. The Challenge

OnPoint Video Agency needed an intelligent chatbot to streamline client inquiries, automate lead qualification, and reduce response time on WhatsApp. The challenge was to create a conversational flow that felt human, handled complex service queries, and integrated seamlessly into their existing communication workflow.

02. The Solution

We built a custom chatbot using Google Dialogflow integrated with the WhatsApp Business API. The bot was trained to handle FAQs, collect project requirements, and offer personalized service recommendations. A Firebase backend was used to log leads in real-time, and fallback logic ensured smooth handovers to human agents when needed.
